To quickly verify whether or not your internet browser supports our level of encryption please try our Encryption test page, it will determine if your browser will work correctly with our web site. If the page does not display and you get the The page cannot be displayed error then proceed with the following.
Please select which browser you have, if you do not know which browser you are using, you can find out on most browsers by selecting the help menu at the top of your browser, it should have information about which browser version you have.
Please select one of the following:
- Microsoft Internet Explorer version 4.0 and higher.
- Netscape version 6.0 and higher or Mozilla 1.0 and higher.
If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE), follow these steps:

Open IE, on the menu bar at the top go to the help drop down menu and select About Internet Explorer. Check the value next to cipher strength. If it is less than 128-bit you will need to get the latest IE encryption update from http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/downloads/recommended/128bit/default.asp.

Go to the Tools drop down and select Internet Options then go to the Advanced tab, scroll down until you find the security section, and make sure that at least one or more of the following are selected: Use SSL 3.0, Use SSL 2.0, or the Use TLS 1.0.

Now go to the Tools drop down and select Internet Options then go to the Security tab. Move the slider bar to medium setting, or click the Default button.

Make sure that at per-session cookies are enabled. Cookies are small text files stored on your hard drive with your permission by a web server. They identify who you are to our web server and cannot be executed or deliver viruses. Cookies are uniquely yours and can only be read by the server that gave it to you. Per-session cookies work the same way, but they do not permanently store cookies on your hard drive, instead per-session cookies are removed when your browser is closed. To enable per-session cookies go to the Tools drop down and select Internet Options then go to the Security tab. From there click on the button that says Custom level..., when the new window opens, scroll down until you find the section labeled Cookies.

If you are using Netscape or Mozilla, follow these steps:

First open the browser, then on the menu bar at the top go to the help menu and select About Netscape there should be a line about half way down the page that says This version supports high-grade (128-bit) security with RSA Public Key Cryptography. If it doesn't say 128-bit you will need to get the latest version of Netscape from http://home.netscape.com/computing/download/index.html.

For Netscape go to the Edit drop down menu and select preferences. Now expand the Privacy & Security tab by double-clicking on it. Select the SSL subcategory. Make sure that one of the following is checked: Enable SSL version 3, Enable SSL Version 2, or Enable TLS.

Once you have enabled Cookies, you will need to exit and re-enter our site for the Cookie to take effect.
