Product Descriptions

Systems & Data
With our advanced systems technology and extensive flood databases, we are fast becoming a major technology provider within the flood industry. In fact, several major companies have already licensed our technology. Since we are a software company, rather than a flood services provider, we are uniquely positioned to help you meet your flood business goals. If it has to do with flood, we can help you get it done.

Please contact us to discuss licensing our technology. FloodScape™ private label/reseller inquiries are welcome.

FloodScape™ Reports
The FloodScape™ concept is simple: enter any street address or any latitude/longitude in the U.S., and we automatically create a custom map report, containing only the portion of the FEMA map you need with the property's location indicated right on the map. You can save, import, or print your FloodScape™ report.

No paper maps. No scanned images. No CD's. No updates to track. No worries.

Enter an address -- get an official FEMA map. What could be simpler?

FutureFlood™ DataFile Services
"Capture Your Chance Months In Advance"™ with FutureFlood™ DataFile Services. These tools provide distinct services for Insurers, Lenders and Servicers by capturing flood zone changes at the parcel level in select communities where the FEMA Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRM) are about to change...up to 6 months in advance of the new maps' effective date!

FutureFlood™ DataFile Analysis (DFA) is a comparative review of your company's book of business in the selected community in order to understand how the upcoming changes to the community's FEMA Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM) will affect your portfolio. Find out, months in advance, if your managed properties will be placed into the Special Flood Hazard Area (SFHA) or removed from a High Risk flood zone when the new FIRM become effective. Target policy growth, customer retention and shorten the compliance cycle of adequate flood insurance coverage. A FutureFlood™ DFA will help you understand changes to your customer's flood risk while you manage your business risk!

The FutureFlood™ DataFile License (DFL) report delivers intelligent, targeted marketing leads – by address and parcel number – for properties wherein the flood risk is about to change as a result of the issuance of a new FEMA Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM) months in advance of the map's effective date. Find out which parcels will be moved into the Special Flood Hazard Area (SFHA) and may require or benefit from a Flood Insurance policy for the first time. Find out who is being removed from the SFHA and be the first agent to offer them a Preferred Risk Policy. You can even manage moderate risk properties by understanding their distance to the nearest SFHA. All and more with the FutureFlood™ Data File License for select communities.
